A New Chapter, Rooted in Experience

My 30-year career was filled with transformation, global complexity, and cross-functional leadership. But it also came with hard lessons. I learned the consequences of misaligned priorities, of putting work above health, and the reality that careers—even long, successful ones—can change overnight.

Being laid off after three decades became the catalyst for building something new—something aligned with my values, my purpose, and the kind of impact I want to make going forward.
